Kelso Farm is family owned and operated, located
in Eagle, Idaho.
As a diversified farm we are not only growing a big produce garden and our own hay, but we are also raising cattle, pigs, and turkeys, as well as chickens and ducks for eggs. Our animals are allowed to graze on our green grass pastures for most of the year and are also fed high quality hay grown in our fields. We don’t give them hormones, steroids, or antibiotics, which means they grow at the rate nature intended. All in all, they lead a relaxed, stress-free life, which we believe reflects in the way their meat tastes. The poultry is free-range, never caged and are fed locally grown grain.
Our meats are USDA inspected and certified. They are individually vacuum sealed, usually 2 steaks per package, one pound packages for ground beef or pork sausage, and 3 to 4 pounds for roasts. The poultry is processed by a USDA certified facility and is frozen, unless it is pre-ordered or otherwise requested by the customer. Our goal is to provide locally produced, all natural meats and produce that not only taste delicious, but are healthy for the entire family, yet affordable for everybody; we accept credit / debit, cash and checks. All of our products can be purchased directly at Kelso Farm.
